Lieutenant General Earl B. Hailston, USMC (Ret)

Earl Hailston served in the United States Marine Corps for over 36 years in a variety of operational and staff assignments. His last tour of duty was as the Commander, Marine Forces, Central Command and Commander, Marine Forces, Pacific from Aug 2001 until August 2003. During this time he led the Marine Component during operations in Afghanistan and during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Hailston joined Rolls-Royce in January 2005 as the VP, U.S. Army and U.S. Marine Corps Programs. In 2008 he was reassigned as the Senior Vice President of Defense Relation, Rolls-Royce, North America, Inc.
