Mr. Frank C. Gardner
Mr. Gardner was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and is a graduate of Yale University Class of 1951. He also attended the Universite' de Grenoble and received his Juris Doctor at Harvard University Law School. Mr. Gardner is an attorney and member of both Florida and District of Columbia bars. He served on active duty as a Marine Corps Reserve officer in Korea.

Mr. Gardner is President of Continental Citrus Corporation and is a Director of several businesses involved in agriculture, tourism, communications and real estate. He is also a trustee of a botanical garden and contemporary art museum and has served on the real estate advisory committee for Yale University.

He resides in Cocoa Beach, Florida.
