Major General John H. Russell Leadership Award Luncheon will be held on October 16, 2013 in New York City at The Union League Club. Our Reception starts at 11:00am followed by lunch at 11:45 to include the Bag Pipes from Pipe Major Joe Brady.
Major General John H. Russell, USMC, was the 16th Commandant of the Marine Corps. The Major General John H. Russell Leadership Award, established in his honor by the Marine Corps University Foundation, is presented annually to a distinguished American whose commitment to personal and professional excellence embodies those qualities of leadership and character uniquely associated with the United States Marine Corps.
The Marine Corps University Foundation will recognize
His Eminence Timothy Cardinal Dolan, Archbishop of New York,
as the 27th Award Recipient.
