Submissions

Any notes, message/billboard postings, ideas, suggestions, concepts or other material submitted through this Site will become the property of the Marine Corps University Foundation and we shall be entitled to use such material in perpetuity throughout the world for any type of use including in any media whether known or hereafter devised. We shall not use such material in a way that is inconsistent with our privacy policy. The Marine Corps University Foundation (MCUF) expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Indemnification

Subject to the terms hereof, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold The Marine Corps University Foundation (MCUF), their respective officers, directors, shareholders, agents and representatives harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of your warranties, representations and agreements under these Terms and Conditions.

Miscellaneous

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal, state and local courts located within the Commonwealth of Virginia and Prince William County. All of these Terms and Conditions shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns. In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law or be so held by applicable court decision, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these terms and conditions unenforceable or invalid as a whole. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any other agreement, promise, or practice between the parties relating to the subject matter hereto. We reserve the right to terminate or change any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time, which shall become effective upon the posting of such changes on the Site.
